Shipping + Returns + FAQs

Shipping Policy:
I ship all over the world, USA and International! Shipping costs will be applied and are determined by USPS at checkout.

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship, as I am a clown ruining this circus by herself. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped and depending on the items ordered you will receive a tracking number in your shipment email.

Orders including prints and pins will have tracking numbers, as these will be sent as packages. Cards and stickers that are ordered without prints and pins, will be sent as standard mail and will not have tracking information.

Currently, I do not carry any products on demand items on my site so all items will be shipped directly from me.

For orders through Trash Tee Shirts please their FAQs page for any questions.

Tuft FAQS:
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I can do designs that are up to 4 ft x 4 ft roughly.

How much will it cost?
Pricing will vary with each project. Determining factors include if the design is existing or needs to be created, the complexity of the design, the size, etc. Contact me for an actual price quote and please provide as many details as possible so I can give you the most accurate number.

How long will it take?
Turnaround will vary with each project, as well. Once design is established, you can expect at least 10 days for it to be ready for shipment! You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped with a tracking number included.

How do I care for this tuft?
Think of them like the special holiday decorative towels in a granny's house, like you know damn well you're not going to use them but maybe if there were a freakish emergency or you were feeling devious maybe you do...

That being said, the tufts are best for low traffic areas or utilized as a wall hanging. They are not machine washable. To clean and maintain, you can use a vacuum and lint roll, maybe sprinkle some carpet cleaner on it if you're feeling fancy. If you NEED a little extra tlc to it, you could steam vacuum.
